Hakikat-\u00f6tesi,\nnesnel hakikatlerin kamuoyunu \u015fekillendirmede duygulara ve ki\u015fisel\nkanaatlere hitap etmekten daha az etkili olmas\u0131n\u0131 nitelemek i\u00e7in\nkullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Fakat neoliberalizmle yayg\u0131nla\u015fan daha sinsi ve\netkili olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n yeterince tart\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir yalan\ns\u00f6yleme bi\u00e7imi daha var: \u00dcst yalan\u0131n daha etkili i\u015flemesi i\u00e7in\nhakikatin stratejik olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131. Neoliberalizmde \u015firketler\nhakikati gizleyerek de\u011fil, onun bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kararak\nda yalan s\u00f6yleyebiliyorlar. \u00d6zellikle de hakikat art\u0131k gizlenemez\nboyuttaysa&#8230; Ortal\u0131k sorumluluk sahibi \u015firketlerden ve onlar\u0131n\nhay\u0131rsever CEO&#8217;lar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ilmiyor. Ancak \u015firketlerin do\u011falar\u0131\ngere\u011fi k\u00e2rlar\u0131n\u0131 en\n\u00e7okla\u015ft\u0131rma pe\u015finde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu nedenle ister istemez\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla, t\u00fcketicilerle ve \u00e7evreyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya\ngeldiklerini ak\u0131ldan \u00e7\u0131karmamak gerekiyor. Daha \u00f6nce bu kar\u015f\u0131\nkar\u015f\u0131ya geli\u015flerde \u015firketler \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n me\u015frulu\u011funu\ng\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in hakikati gizleme ya da \u00e7arp\u0131tma yoluna giderlerdi.\nSon y\u0131llarda ise \u015firketlerin etik de\u011ferleri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\nsa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7evre sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndemlerine ald\u0131klar\u0131\ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u015eirketlerin k\u00e2r\npe\u015finde ko\u015fmas\u0131yla toplumsal \u00e7\u0131karlar aras\u0131nda bir \u00e7eli\u015fki\nolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; &#8220;hem kapitalizmin, hem s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin hem\n\u015firketlerin kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn hem do\u011frudan demokratik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n, hem\nt\u00fcketim toplumunun hem ye\u015fil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin vs bir arada\nolabilece\u011fi.&#8221; (Fleming, 2017) savunuluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u00d6rne\u011fin Nestle, ak\u0131lc\u0131 su idaresinin mutlak \u00f6ncelikleri oldu\u011funu\ns\u00f6yl\u00fcyor; su, \u015firketin de\u011fer zincirinin her a\u015famas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli\nbir yere sahip. Suyun t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada (\u00f6zellikle de G\u00fcney&#8217;de)\nazald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmekte ve \u015firket de bu soruna kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131\noldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. Ama ba\u015fka bir yerde, Nestle y\u00f6neticisi\nPeter Brabeck, suyun kamusal bir hak olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, suyun di\u011fer\n\u015feyler gibi bir g\u0131da oldu\u011funu, piyasa de\u011ferinin olmas\u0131\ngerekti\u011fini ve g\u0131dalara de\u011fer vermenin daha iyi oldu\u011funu da iddia\nediyor. B\u00f6ylece \u015firketin ger\u00e7ek sorunlara i\u015faret ederek\ng\u00f6sterdi\u011fi duyarl\u0131l\u0131k, \u015firketin as\u0131l politikas\u0131yla \u00e7eli\u015fmek\nyerine kamuoyu \u00f6n\u00fcnde onu g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor (age).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nHakikati s\u00f6yleyerek aldatma stratejisiyle gelen d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc t\u00fct\u00fcn\nsanayisinde \u00e7ok net g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. T\u00fct\u00fcn \u015firketleri, 1970&#8217;lerde\nve 1980&#8217;lerde sigara \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde kansere neden olan maddeler\nbulundu\u011fu hakk\u0131ndaki kan\u0131tlar\u0131 \u0131srarla reddettiler. Sigara ve\nkanser ili\u015fkisi yerine kanserin nedenlerini ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k\nsisteminde ve ki\u015filik \u00f6zelliklerinde arayan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara sponsor\noldular. 1980&#8217;lerde sigara kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 kampanyalar\u0131n ve devlete ba\u011fl\u0131\nsa\u011fl\u0131k kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n bask\u0131lar\u0131 artt\u0131. T\u00fct\u00fcn \u015firketleri\nsigaran\u0131n zararlar\u0131n\u0131 inkar etmeye devam ettiler ve sigara\ni\u00e7enlere yap\u0131lan ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0131rk ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na\nbenzettiler. 1990&#8217;lar\u0131n sonuna do\u011fru t\u00fct\u00fcn \u015firketleri me\u015fruiyet\nkrizini a\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in hay\u0131r i\u015flerine, kamusal i\u015flerde\nsponsorluklara, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fiyle ilgili\nmeselelere y\u00f6neldiler. Ama sigaran\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerindeki etkileri\nhala g\u00f6rmezden geliniyordu. 2000&#8217;lere gelindi\u011finde ise t\u00fct\u00fcn\n\u015firketleri, sigaran\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerindeki olumsuz etkilerini kabul\netmek zorunda kald\u0131lar. \u0130lgin\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde art\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin\n\u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcll\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hakk\u0131ndaki hakikati inkar etmiyorlar, bunu bizzat\nkendileri dile getiriyorlard\u0131. Art\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k\nsorunlar\u0131 yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlardan ka\u00e7\u0131nman\u0131n tek yolunun hi\u00e7\nsigara kullanmamak oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlard\u0131. Ne yaz\u0131k ki (!) s\u00f6z\nkonusu risklere ra\u011fmen, bir \u00e7ok yeti\u015fkin h\u00e2l\u00e2 sigara i\u00e7meyi\ntercih ediyordu. T\u00fct\u00fcn \u015firketlerinin yeni misyonu art\u0131k bu\nriskleri azaltmak, daha risksiz t\u00fct\u00fcn ve nikotin i\u00e7eren alternatif\n\u00fcr\u00fcnler geli\u015ftirmekti (age). \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Ancak t\u00fct\u00fcn \u015firketlerinin sigaran\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerindeki olumsuzluklar\u0131n\u0131 reddetmemelerine (belki reddedememelerine) ra\u011fmen alt metinde, sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n bir tercih oldu\u011funu i\u015flediklerine dikkat etmek gerekir. Sorun, ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yaratan nikotinde de\u011fil, yeti\u015fkinlerin bireysel tercihlerindedir. Elbette burada bir\u00e7ok sigara tiryakisinin sigaraya yeti\u015fkinlikte de\u011fil, ergenlik d\u00f6neminde ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n da bir \u00f6nemi yoktur (age).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nFleming&#8217;in (2017) Freud&#8217;dan aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir f\u0131krada oldu\u011fu gibi\nilgin\u00e7 bir durum vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u0130ki Yahudi, Gali\u00e7ya&#8217;da bir tren istasyonunda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Biri\ndi\u011ferine, &#8220;Nereye gidiyorsun?&#8221; diye sorar. &#8220;Krakow&#8217;a&#8221;\nder beriki. &#8220;Amma da yalanc\u0131s\u0131n!&#8221; diye patlat\u0131r soruyu\nsoran. &#8220;Krakow&#8217;a gitti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsan, Lemberg&#8217;e gitti\u011fine\ninanmam\u0131 istiyorsun demektir. Ama ben asl\u0131nda senin Krakow&#8217;a\ngitti\u011fini biliyorum. Neden bana yalan s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsun ki?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nFleming (2017) de \u015f\u00f6yle yazar: &#8220;Asl\u0131nda insanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcren\n\u00fcr\u00fcnler satarken, geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 sosyal yarara ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcneyim diye neden insanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcren \u00fcr\u00fcnler satt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\ns\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsun bana? Neden bana yalan s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsun?&#8221; (s. 175)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nBenzer bir soruyu, D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc Sanayi Devrimi&#8217;nde (ya da End\u00fcstri\n4.0&#8217;da) insanlara kendi ya\u015famlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde daha fazla kontrol\nhakk\u0131 verecek ve onlar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek sistemler tasarlamaktan s\u00f6z\neden Klaus Schwab ve neoliberalizmin di\u011fer s\u00f6zc\u00fclerine soral\u0131m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAsl\u0131nda hem i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor hem de\ni\u015f\u00e7ileri s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6zetleyen ve kontrol eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131\nyarat\u0131yorsunuz. Geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 sosyal yarara ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funuzu\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim diye neden yeni teknolojilerin yarataca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fsizli\u011fe\ndikkati \u00e7ekiyor; robotlar\u0131n insanlar\u0131n yerini almak yerine onlar\u0131\ntamamlamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor; i\u015f\u00e7ilerin mahremiyetini ihlal\netmek yerine onlara kendi ya\u015famlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde daha fazla se\u00e7enek\nve kontrol hakk\u0131 vermekten s\u00f6z ediyorsunuz? Neden bize yalan\ns\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsunuz?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n\nDijital D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nKapitalistler, art\u0131 de\u011fer oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak isterler. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler\nde buna kar\u015f\u0131 kendi hayatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde daha fazla s\u00f6z sahibi\nolabilmek i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele ederler. Yapay zek\u00e2 ve robotlar, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin\nyerini alan veya onlar\u0131 tamamlayan teknolojiler olabilir. Bu y\u00f6nelim\nkendili\u011finden de\u011fil, s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak\nsomutla\u015facak. Fakat g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde dijital teknolojilerin i\u015fyerlerinde\nkullan\u0131m\u0131na ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 nas\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne\nbakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda son y\u0131llardaki geli\u015fmelerin i\u015f\u00e7ilerin\n(g\u00fcvenceli\/g\u00fcvencesiz, beyaz\/mavi yakal\u0131 olmas\u0131 fark etmeksizin)\naleyhine oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve ili\u015fkilerinde k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fiklikler\nya\u015fan\u0131yor. Esnek\/g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor.\nBir\u00e7ok uygulama, y\u00f6netimin hesap verme zorunlulu\u011funu ortadan\nkald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bu ak\u0131ll\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131 ara y\u00f6netim\nkatman\u0131n\u0131 tamamen ortadan kald\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyor. \u0130\u015fyerlerinde\nverimlilik ve \u00fcretkenlik art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen\nteknolojiler, i\u015f\u00e7ileri g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek yerine onlar\u0131n esenli\u011fi ve\nrefah\u0131 ile \u00e7eli\u015fiyor. Fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, \u00f6zerklik kayb\u0131, i\u015f\nve ya\u015fam aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n belirsizle\u015fmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 en\nson s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na kadar zorlayan performans beklentileri i\u015f\u00e7ilerde\na\u015f\u0131r\u0131 strese ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden oluyor. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ili\u015fkilerinin kurals\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 dikkate\nalmadan, &#8220;ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda baz\u0131 meslekler ortadan kalkarken\nonlar\u0131n yerini yenileri ald\u0131. Yapay zeka ve robotlar da, benzer\nsonu\u00e7lar do\u011furacakt\u0131r.&#8221; diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek bir temenninin\n\u00f6tesine ge\u00e7meyecektir. Bu ba\u011flamda,\ni\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin algoritmik y\u00f6netim sistemleriyle yeniden organize\nedildi\u011fi geleneksel i\u015fyerlerine ve Uber, Amazon Turk, TaskRabbit,\nUpwork vb esnek ekonomi platformlar\u0131ndaki uygulamalara bakmakta\nfayda var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektronik\nPerformans \u0130zleme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n1990&#8217;lar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ABD&#8217;li bir senat\u00f6r, i\u015fyerlerindeki kontrols\u00fcz\ng\u00f6zetime i\u015faret ediyor ve bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden,\nonurundan ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan feragat etmeye zorlanamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\nsavunuyordu. Ancak 2010 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde art\u0131k ABD\n\u015firketlerinin tahminen %75&#8217;i \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ileti\u015fimini ve\ndi\u011fer i\u015fyeri etkinliklerini g\u00f6zetliyordu. \u015eirketlerin\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetlemek i\u00e7in EP\u0130&#8217;ye (Elektronik Performans\n\u0130zleme) yapt\u0131klar\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m 2007 ve 2010 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda %43\nartt\u0131. Eposta takibi, telefon dinleme, bilgisayardaki bir i\u00e7eri\u011fin\nve kullan\u0131m s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n izlenmesi, video izleme ve GPS takibi\nEP\u0130 kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fvurulan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. EP\u0130\nara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan elde edilen konum, eposta kullan\u0131m\u0131, web gezintisi,\nyaz\u0131c\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131, telefon kullan\u0131m\u0131, giyilebilir\nteknolojilerden sa\u011flanan konu\u015fmalardaki ses tonu ve fiziksel\nhareket gibi veriler \u00fcretkenlik g\u00f6stergesi olarak\nde\u011ferlendiriliyor. Hatta \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezlerinde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n duygu\ntakibi gibi EP\u0130 uygulamalar\u0131 var. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bilgisayarlar\u0131na\nkurulan yaz\u0131l\u0131mlarla bilgisayar ba\u015f\u0131ndaki hareketleri ve dikkat\nda\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 etkinliklerle me\u015fgul olup olmad\u0131klar\u0131 takip ediliyor\n(Moore, Akhtar ve Upchurch, 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n EP\u0130 ile takibi sonucu elde edilen veri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\nperformans\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc kiralama ve i\u015fe\nson verme kararlar\u0131nda belirleyici oluyor.
